对残疾儿童家庭福利需求的调查发现,大部分残疾儿童的康复费用是自费,康复费用不够用的占84%。超过80%的家长表示迫切需要信息资源支持,88%的家长表示迫切需要专业的康复、教育和训练培训,超过80%的家庭功能不良或缺失,95%的家长希望有接纳孩子的社区环境。调查结果显示,经济支持需求排在第一位,其他依次是康复资源支持、社会支持和心理支持。为了解决残疾儿童家庭面临的诸多困难,以积极福利视角,在经济支持、康复资源支持、家庭功能修复和社会支持四个方面提出对策和建议。

Through the survey on the family welfare needs of children with disabilities,it is found that the rehabilitation expenses of most children with disabilities are self-funded,and 84% of the rehabilitation costs are far from adequate. More than 80% of parents said that information resources support is urgently needed. 88% of parents said that they need urgent rehabilitation,education and training. More than 80% of family functions are bad or missing,and 95% of parents hope to have a community environment that accepts children. The survey results show that the needsof economic support rank first,followed by rehabilitation resource support,social support and psychological support. In order to solve the dilemma faced by families with disabled children,we propose countermeasures and suggestions in the aspects of economic support,rehabilitation resource support,family function restoration and social support from the perspective of positive welfare.
