Vocational Capability Assessment of Disabled People under the Idea of ICF

当前,我国残疾人职业能力评估工作全面展开,但是在发展过程中存在评估观念跟不上残疾人事业发展的需求、评估内容不够全面、专业性评估工具数量少等问题。ICF理念在残疾人职业能力评估方面为评估观念更新、评估内容扩大、评估工具开发等方面提供了有力支持,也为残疾人职业能力评估的发展提供了诸多启示。有关部门应该推行生态性评估方法,开展支持性就业服务,组建跨领域专业评估团队,从而促进我国残疾人职业能力评估工作的发展。

At present,the assessment of vocational competence of disabled people in China has been carried out in an all-round way. But there are some problems in its development process. The concepts of assessment cannot keep up with the needs of disabled people ’s career development. The evaluation content is not comprehensive enough. The number of professional assessment tools is small. The concept of ICF provides strong support for the renewal of assessment concept,the expansion of assessment content and the development of assessment tools in the assessment of vocational competence of disabled persons. At the same time,it also provides a lot of enlightenments for the development of vocational competence assessment for the disabled. We should promote ecological assessment. We should develop supportive employment services. We should also set up cross-disciplinary professional assessment teams. Through these measures,we can promote the development of vocational competence assessment for the disabled in China.
