美国视力障碍学生教育质量计划及启示

American Quality Programs for Students With Visual Impairmentsand Its Enlightenment

摘要 为加强普通学校视力障碍学生专业支持力度,提高巡回教学质量,美国专业人士创立了视力障碍学生教育质量计划(QPVI)。QPVI工作流程主要分为小组研究、优先变革和筹划未来三个阶段,其核心人物为巡回教师。来自于QPVI的成功经验对解决长期困扰随班就读教学质量的一些关键问题,提高普通学校随班就读质量,促进融合教育发展有诸多启示。 In order to solve the problems of professional support for students with visual impairments who are learning in regular schools,improve the quality of itinerant teaching,the Quality Programs for Students with Visual Impairments(QPVI)had been developed by some professionals of U.S.The process of OPVI includes group research,priority reform and planning for the future,in which the key roles are itinerant teachers.The successful experience of OPVI can be applied to solve the problems in Chinese inclusive education and improve the quality of inclusive education and promote the development of inclusive education.
