走罐法对寻常型银屑病血瘀证患者血清肿瘤坏死因子α和血管内皮生长因子水平的影响及其临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy of Moving Cupping Therapy for Treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris with Blood Stasis Syndrome and Its Effect on Expression of Serum Tumor Necrosis Factor Alpha and Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor

【目的】观察走罐法治疗寻常型银屑病血瘀证患者的有效性、安全性及对血清肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的影响。【方法】将120例寻常型银屑病血瘀证患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各60例。观察组给予走罐法治疗,对照组给予异维A酸软胶囊口服治疗,疗程均为8周。观察2组患者治疗前后血清TNF-α和VEGF水平的变化情况,并评价2组患者的临床疗效和安全性。【结果】(1)治疗8周后,观察组的总有效率为90.0%,对照组为76.7%,观察组的临床疗效明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,2组患者血清TNF-α及VEGF水平均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),且观察组在降低TNF-α和VEGF水平方面均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)观察组的不良反应发生率为6.67%,对照组为8.33%,2组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。【结论】走罐法治疗寻常型银屑病血瘀证患者安全有效,其作用机制可能与降低患者血清TNF-α和VEGF水平有关。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of the moving cupping therapy for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with blood stasis syndrome,and to observe its effect on the expression of serum tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α)and vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF).Methods A total of 120 psoriasis vulgaris patients with blood stasis syndrome were randomly assigned to observation group and control group,60 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with the moving cupping therapy and the control group was treated with isotretinoin soft capsules orally for 8 weeks.The changes of serum TNF-αand VEGF levels in the two groups before and after treatment were observed,and the clinical efficacy and safety in the two groups were evaluated after treatment.Results(1)After treatment for 8 weeks,the total effective rate in the observation group was 90.0%,and that in the control group was 76.7%,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,the serum TNF-αand VEGF levels in the two groups were obviously decreased(P<0.05 compared with those before treatment),and the observation group had stronger effect on decreasing TNF-αand VEGF levels than the control group(P<0.05).(3)The incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was 6.67%and that in the control group was 8.33%,the difference between the two groups being insignificant(P>0.05).Conclusion The moving cupping therapy is effective and safe for the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris with blood stasis syndrome,and its therapeutic mechanism may be related with the decrease of serum TNF-αand VEGF levels.
