中药背腧穴封包热疗对COPD稳定期的疗效与安全性观察

Clinical Efficacy and Safety Observation of Thermotherapy with Chinese Herbs Package at Dorsal Acupoints in Treating Stable COPD

【目的】探讨中药背腧穴封包热疗在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期治疗中的作用及安全性。【方法】将80例COPD稳定期患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予中药背腧穴封包热疗,并检测2组患者的肺功能指标用力肺活量(FVC)、第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1.0)、第一秒用力呼气容积占用力肺活量百分比(FEV1.0/FVC)以及不良反应的发生率,比较2组的临床疗效和安全性。【结果】(1)观察组总有效率为95.0%,对照组为82.5%。观察组疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,2组患者的肺功能指标FVC、FEV1.0和FEV1.0/FVC均明显改善(P<0.05),且观察组改善作用明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(3)观察组患者有4例发生了不良反应,不良反应发生率为10.0%,对照组有5例发生不良反应,不良反应发生率为12.5%,观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。【结论】中药背腧穴封包热疗对COPD稳定期患者的肺功能改善效果良好,且安全性较高。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety observation of thermotherapy with Chinese herbs package at dorsal acupoints in treating stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods Eighty COPD patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The two groups received routine treatment,additionally,the observation group received thermotherapy with Chinese herbs package at dorsal acupoints.The lung function indexes such as forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1.0),FEV1.0/FVC and the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups were observed to compare the efficacy and safety.Results(1)The total effective rate was 95.0%in the observation group,and was 82.5%in the control group.The clinical curative effect in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,FVC,FEV1.0 and FEV1.0/FVC were improved in the two groups(P<0.05),and the improvement of the observation group was superior to that of the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)The adverse reactions occurred in 4 cases of the observation group,the incidence rate being 10.0%,and the adverse reactions occurred in 5 cases of the control group,the incidence rate being 12.5%.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The thermotherapy with Chinese herbs package at dorsal acupoints has an effect on improving the lung function in patients with COPD,and it is of higher safety.
