《痈疽神秘灸经》与《外科正宗》之学术思想探究

Academic Thoughts Exploration of Yong Ju Shen Mi Jiu Jing and Wai Ke Zheng Zong

《痈疽神秘灸经》是一本运用灸法治疗痈疽的专著,《外科正宗》作为一部重要的外科论著,其书中大篇幅提及灸法治疗痈疽等疾病。通过对两书研究内容进行比较,发现两书在对痈疽病因病机的认识、痈疽治则治法、疾病发病预后判断等方面认识相同,然而,在痈疽的灸法禁忌症及灸疗方法的选用上却有所不同。本文从以上几方面加以阐述,以期为临床提供参考依据。

Yong Ju Shen Mi Jiu Jing is a treatise on moxibustion in treating ulcer. Wai Ke Zheng Zong is an important chirurgery magnum opus, and much more contents mention moxibustion for the treatment of ulcer.Through the comparison of research contents in the two books,we find that both of them hold the same view on the cause and mechanism of disease, therapeutic principle and methods, and attack, diagnosis and prognosis.However,there are some differences in the taboo and methods of moxibustion. This article will elaborate from these above aspects to provide references for clinical application.
