补肾健脾方联合胰岛素强化治疗2型糖尿病患者的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Treated by Bushen Jianpi Recipe Combined with Intensive Insulin Therapy

【目的】观察补肾健脾方联合胰岛素强化治疗2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者的临床疗效。【方法】将60例脾肾两虚型T2DM患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组仅给予胰岛素强化治疗,治疗组在胰岛素强化治疗基础上给予口服补肾健脾方中药治疗,疗程为2周。观察2组患者治疗前后空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)、C肽(CP)、胰岛素抵抗指数(Homa-IR)和胰岛功能指数(Homa-islet)的变化情况,评价2组患者的中医证候疗效。【结果】(1)证候疗效方面:治疗2周后,治疗组的总有效率为93.33%,对照组为50.00%,治疗组的总有效率和总体疗效均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)疗效性指标方面:治疗后,2组患者的FPG、2h PG、Homa-IR、Homa-islet及C肽均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且治疗组对FPG、2hPG、Homa-IR、Homa-islet的改善作用均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】补肾健脾方联合胰岛素强化治疗脾肾两虚型T2DM患者,疗效确切,与单纯的胰岛素强化治疗比较,其对患者胰岛功能和中医证候的改善作用更为显著。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Jianpi Recipe(a Chinese medicine formula with the actions of nourishing kidney and invigorating spleen)combined with intensive insulin therapy for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)patients with deficiency of both spleen and kidney.Methods Sixty T2DM patients with deficiency of both spleen and kidney were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was administered with intensive insulin therapy alone,and the treatment group was treated with Bushen Jianpi Recipe combined with intensive insulin therapy.The treatment course lasted 2 weeks.Before and after treatment,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),Cpeptide(CP),homeostasis model assessment of insulin resistance(Homa-IR)and pancreatic islet function(Homa-islet)in the two groups were detected.After 2 weeks of treatment,the efficacy for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes was evaluated in the two groups.Results(1)After treatment for 2 weeks,the total effective rate for TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 93.33%and that in the control group was 50.00%,the total effective rate and overall efficacy in the treatment group being superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,significant improvements of FPG,2hPG,Homa-IR,Homa-islet,and CP were shown in the two groups as compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the improvements of FPG,2 hPG,Homa-IR,and Homa-islet in the treatment group were superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In comparison with intensive insulin therapy alone,Bushen Jianpi Recipe combined with intensive insulin therapy exerts stronger effects on improving the islet function and TCM syndromes of T2DM patients with deficiency of both spleen and kidney.
