摘要
为解决现有石灰质材料中和值测定方法存在的问题,有效填补石灰质材料中和值测定相关领域国际标准与规范的缺失,建立对石灰质材料中和值的辨识和控制体系,国际标准化组织ISO/TC 134“肥料、土壤调理剂和有益物质”标准化技术委员会第四工作组“矿物土壤调理剂”牵头研究开发了利用化学滴定法测定石灰质材料中和值的新方法。经ISO/TC 134推荐,由法国标准化协会牵头,会同MEAC集团公司组织了全球8家分析实验室针对有代表性的12种典型石灰质材料样晶进行了国际实验室间比对,上海化工研究院有限公司代表我国组织了3家中国企业共同参与了本项国际实验室间比对工作。统计结果表明,该新方法的适用性广且精密度高,从而被推荐为新的国际标准ISO 20978中所采用的标准方法。
In order to solve the problems existing in the method for determining the neutralization value of existing calcareous materials,effectively fill in the lack of international standards and specifications in the field of neutralization value determination of calcareous materials,and establish a system for identifying and controlling the neutralization value of calcareous materials,International Organization for Standardization ISO/TC 134"Fertilizers,Soil Conditioners and Beneficial Substances"Standardization Technical Committee Working Group 4 "Mineral Soil Conditioners" led the research and development of a new method for the determination of neutralization values of calcareous materials by chemical titration.Recommended by ISO/TC 134,led by the French Standards Association,and 8 analytical laboratories around the world were organized together with MEAC Group Company to carry out international laboratory comparisons of representative samples of 12 typical calcareous materials.Shanghai Research Institute of Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.on behalf of China,organized three Chinese companies to participate in this international interlaboratory comparison work.The statistical results show that the new method is widely applicable and highly precise,and thus is recommended as the standard method adopted in the new international standard ISO 20978.
