摘要
总结了QDB-03型钻钿系耐硫变换催化剂在420 kt/a合成氨装置变换单元4年来的应用情况,比校了粗煤气水气比对变换气中CO含量的務响,同时对变换工艺流程提出了优化建议。实际运行结果表明,QDB-03型钻钳系耐硫变换催化剂具有优异的低温活性及活性稳定性,而粗煤气含尘量少是保证变换催化剂长周期稳定运行的重要因素之一。
The application of QDB-03 cobalt-molybdenum sulfur-tolerant shift catalyst in the shift conversion unit of 420 kt/a ammonia plant for last 4 years has been summarized,and the effect of crude gas water-gas ratio on CO content in shift gas is compared.Suggestions for optimization of shift conversion process are proposed.The actual operation results show that the QDB-03 cobalt-molybdenum sulfur-tolerant shift catalyst has excellent low-temperature activity and activity stability,and the low dust content of the feed gas is one of the important factors to ensure the long-term stable operation of the shift catalyst.
