往复式压缩机连杆大头瓦监测系统的研制与应用

摘要 在往复式压缩机日常维护中,连杆瓦的运行监测一直是个技术盲区,经常因连杆大头瓦故障发现不及时而造成烧瓦,严重时曲轴抱轴、烧毁。开发的连杆瓦监测预警系统能实时监测连杆大头瓦的运行情况,可在故障恶化前及时预警,通过联锁装置实现及时停机,避免恶性事故的发生,切实保障压缩机安全稳定运行。 In the daily maintenance of the reciprocating compressor,the operation monitoring of connecting rod bush has always been a technical blind spot,which the burning tile is often caused by the failure of discovery of the connecting rod big head tile malfunction,in severe cases,the crankshaft will be hung and burned.The developed monitoring and early warning system can monitor the operation of connecting rod bush in real time,and can promptly warn before the fault deterioration,and timely shutdown through interlocking device to avoid the occurrence of malignant accidents,and ensure the safe and stable operation of the compressor.
