燃气透平废热锅炉经长期运行后,其省煤器存在不同部位多次出现泄漏、翅片管结垢严重、材质老化等问题,其过热器存在严重变形、材质严重劣化等问题。针对存在的问题,对省煤器和过热器进行了更新改造。改造实施后,燃气透平废热锅炉各项参数指标正常,运行状况良好。

After long-term operation of the gas turbine waste heat boiler,there are many leakages in different parts of its economizer,serious scaling of finned tube,aging of material and so on,the superheater has the problem of serious deformation and deterioration of material.In view of the exiting problems,the economizer and superheater have been updated and reformed.After the transformation,the parameters of the gas turbine waste heat boiler are normal and the operation condition is good.
