4703例不孕不育患者染色体核型分析及临床意义

Karyotype Analysis and Clinical Significance of 4703 Infertility Patients

目的探讨不孕不育患者外周血染色体异常检出率、异常类型及临床意义。方法对2014年3月至2016年12月来我院生殖中心就诊的4703例不孕不育患者的外周血淋巴细胞进行培养、收获、制片及G显带染色体核型分析。结果4703例不孕不育患者中男性2308例、女性2395例。染色体异常306例(6.5%),其中男性178例(7.7%),占异常比例58.2%;女性128例(5.3%),占异常比例41.8%;男性异常率显著高于女性,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。常染色体结构异常30例,占异常比例9.8%;性染色体异常31例,占异常比例10.1%;染色体多态性改变245例,占异常比例80.1%。结论染色体异常是不孕不育的重要致病因素之一,染色体核型分析,对不孕不育患者的病因筛查具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the detection rate,type and clinical significance of chromosomal abnormalities in infertility patients.Methods The lymphocytes of 4703 infertility patients treated in our reproductive center from Mar.2014 to Dec.2016 were cultured and karyotype was analyzed.Results There were 2308 male patients and 2395 female patients.306 cases of chromosomal abnormality were found from 4703 infertility patients with an abnormal rate of 6.5%,including 178 male patients and 128 female patients.The abnonnal rate of male patients was significantly higher than that of female patients(P<0.05).There were 30 cases of autosomal structural abnormality,31 cases of sex chromosomal abnormality,and 245 cases of chromosomal polymorphism.Conclusion Chromosome abnormality is one of the main pathogenic factors in infertility patients.Karyotype analysis is of great significance for the etiological screening of infertility patients.
