超声隔离定位技术在手术室困难外周静脉穿刺中的应用

摘要 目的探讨采用隔离定位技术的超声引导技术在手术室困难外周静脉穿刺中的应用。方法选择2015年2月至2018年6月首都医科大学附属北京佑安医院拟行手术的患者120例。按照数字随机表法分为对照组和观察组,每组60例,其中对照组在常规的超声引导技术下行贵要静脉穿刺,而观察组在隔离定位技术的超声引导下行贵要静脉穿刺。记录两组超声定位时间、穿刺时间、首次穿刺成功率和穿刺失败率,并记录血管穿刺相关的并发症。结果观察组在超声定位时间和穿刺时间比对照组明显缩短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),首次穿刺成功率也比对照组明显增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用隔离定位技术的超声技术有利于提高手术室困难外周静脉穿刺成功率。
