摘要
高铁商务区是城市重要的经济活动中心,存在大量的商务交通需求,往往带来大量的停车需求。以宿迁市为例,从停车需求分析发现,现有规范并不能很好地支撑停车泊位数计算,提岀采取估算交通量和泊位周转率的方法重新估算泊位数。在具体交通组织方案中,在考虑岀入口通行能力和交叉口对出入口的限制的情况下,得到了地下停车场的开口方案。设计中使用“一纵四横”联络道实现停车库互联互通,提高停车库使用便捷性。
The high-speed railway business district is an important economic activity center of a city and there is a lot of business transportation demand,which often brings a lot of parking demand.Taking Suqian City as an example,this paper finds that the existing specifications cannot better support the calculation of parking space number from the analysis of parking demand,and puts forward the use of the method estimating the traffic volume and parking space turnover to estimate the parking space number again.In the detailed traffic organization scheme,the opening scheme of underground parking lot is obtained under the condition of considering the traffic capacities at entrance and exit,and the restrictions on entrance and exit at intersections.The"one-vertical and four-horizontal"linking roads are used to realize the interconnection of parking lots and to improve the convenience of parking lots in the design.
