摘要 矿用机械电气设备作业环境恶劣,为更好地保障矿用机械电气设备的安全稳定运行,必须做好调试工作。为做好煤矿机械电气设备的调试工作,基于煤矿机械电气设备进行自动化调试的意义,研究了煤矿机械电气设备的自动化调试技术,介绍了煤矿机械电气设备自动化调试的具体控制模式,提出了应用差动保护实验法来进行煤矿机械设备自动化调试,主要包括单相实验法与三相实验法2种,并探析了煤矿机械电气设备自动化调试的相关配套措施,以期有助于煤矿机械电气设备的顺利调试,更好地保障设备的安全运行。 The operating environment of mining machinery and electrical equipment is harsh. In order to better ensure the safe and stable operation of mining machinery and electrical equipment, people must do their debugging work. In this regard, in order to improve the mechanical equipment of coal mine machinery, based on the significance of automatic debugging of coal mine machinery electrical equipment, researched the automatic debugging technology of coal mine machinery electrical equipment, introduced the specific control mode of coal mine machinery electrical equipment automation debugging, and proposed the application of differential protection experimental method to carry out automatic debugging of coal mine machinery equipment. It mainly includes two-phase experimental method and three-phase experimental method, and analyzes the relevant supporting measures for automatic debugging of coal mine mechanical electrical equipment, in order to facilitate the smooth commissioning of coal mine mechanical electrical equipment and better ensure the safe operation of equipment.
