摘要
目前国内选煤厂对煤仓瓦斯的监测大多采用人工监测的方式,其效率低、精度差。针对这一现状设计了一种基于ZigBee的无线监测系统,通过分析研究煤仓中瓦斯浓度较高的位置,设计了系统的总体方案,对硬件部分包括处理器单元与无线通信单元的硬件设备进行了选型设计,设计了看门狗电路与CC2430的时钟电路,以及系统软件的主程序流程图。系统的应用将提高煤仓瓦斯监测的精度与效率,保障选煤厂的安全生产。
At present, most domestic coal preparation plants monitor the coal bunker gas by manual monitoring. The efficiency is low and the precision is poor. A ZigBee-based wireless monitoring system was designed to analyze the gas concentration in the coal bunker. The higher position,designed the overall scheme of the system, the hardware part including the processor unit and the wireless communication unit hardware equipment design, designed the watchdog circuit and CC2430 clock circuit, designed the main system software program flow chart. The application of the system will improve the accuracy and efficiency of coal bunker gas monitoring and ensure the safe production of coal preparation plants.
