摘要 针对目前国内煤矿综采工作面的工作情况,设计了一种基于DSP处理器的液压支架立柱压力监测系统。通过分析系统的工作环境与功能要求,对系统的硬件部分,包括处理器及其外围电路与压力信号检测电路进行了选型与设计,对系统软件部分中的主程序流程图进行了设计,设计采用CAN总线的通信方式实现PC机与各个液压支架立柱的压力数据传输。系统可实现液压支架的安全化管理,将会提高综采工作面的安全性与稳定性,对事故的发生有一定的预警作用,保障工人的生命安全。 Aiming at the current working situation of fully mechanized coal mining face in China, a hydraulic support column pressure monitoring system based on DSP processor was designed. By analyzing the working environment and functional requirements of the system, the hardware part of the system, including the processor and its peripheral circuits and pressure signal detection circuit, was selected and designed. The main program flow chart in the system software part was carried out. The design and design adopt the CAN bus communication method to realize the pressure data transmission between the PC and each hydraulic support column. The system can realize the safety management of the hydraulic support, which will improve the safety and stability of the fully mechanized mining face, and have a certain early warning effect on the occurrence of accidents to ensure the safety of workers.
