An Analysis of the Operation Mode of Science and Technology Business Incubator

科技企业孵化器对初创企业的成长起着重要的作用,孵化器自身的成长也不容忽视。针对科技企业孵化器盈利能力弱的问题,从服务模式和盈利模式两方面对孵化器的运营模式进行了分析,并从服务收费、政府补贴、股权收益三方面重点分析了盈利模式。结合广东装备智造与信息创新创业园为例,介绍了该孵化器的运营模式,以期为同类型孵化器的成长提供一些参考。

Technology business incubator plays an important role in the growth of start-ups, and the growth of the incubator itself can not be ignored.Aiming at the problem of weak profitability of science and technology business incubator, the operation mode of the incubator was analyzed from service mode and profit mode. The profit mode was analyzed from three aspects of service charge, government subsidy and equity income. Taking Guangdong equipment intelligent manufacturing and information innovation and entrepreneurship park as an example, the operation mode of the incubator was introduced in order to provide some reference for the growth of the same type of incubator.
