摘要
电梯层门门锁啮合长度是确保电梯门系统安全运行的重要检验项目。介绍了基于接触式位移传感器和电磁感应通断检测开关的电梯层门门锁啮合长度的传感器检测原理,并以STM32单片机为核心设计了测试装置,可通过显示屏动态显示门锁啮合过程中活动锁钩位移量,并能自动识别门锁电气触点闭合和断开瞬间,同时记录两个瞬间的啮合长度值。相对于传统的人工刻度尺测量方法,传感器测试方法可提高测试精度,实现快速测量。
The engagement length of elevator layer-door lock is an important inspection item to ensure safe operation of the elevator door system. The sensor detection method of door lock engagement length based on a contact displacement sensor and an electromagnetic induction on-off detection switch was introduced, and the test device was designed with the core of STM32 microcontroller. With the device, displacement values of movable hook during the door lock engagement process could be displayed on the screen. Closing and breaking moments of the door lock electrical contacts could be automatically recognized and the engagement length values of the above moments could be recorded at the same time. Compared to the traditional manual measurement method with a graduated scale, test accuracy is improved and efficiency is achieved by utlizing the sensor measuring method.
