摘要
随着智能配电网的建设发展,分布式电源(DG)和储能在负荷侧的应用逐渐增多,供电可靠性无法完全体现用户的用电可靠性水平。鉴于此,对计及用户侧电源的配电网供电和用电可靠性进行评估和对比分析。根据用电可靠性的定义,分析了DG和储能对用户用电可靠性的影响;根据配电网供电可靠性的典型评价指标,从停电频率、停电时间和可靠率3个方面提出用电可靠性评价指标;通过IEEE RBTS-Bus6系统进行了仿真分析,采用蒙特卡洛模拟法对配电网供用电可靠性进行评估,仿真结果验证了所提用电可靠性指标和评估方法的有效性。
With the development of smart distribution networks, the application of distributed power(DG) and energy storage on the user side is increasing. The power supply reliability index cannot fully reflect the user’s power reliability level. In view of this, the power supply and consumption reliability of the distribution network taking into account the user side power supply were evaluated and compared. According to the definition of power reliability, the influence of DG and energy storage on the electricity consumption reliability was analyzed. According to the typical evaluation index of distribution network power supply reliability, the electricity consumption reliability evaluation index was proposed from three aspects: power failure frequency, power failure time and reliability rate. The simulation analysis was carried out by IEEE RBTS-Bus6 system. Monte Carlo simulation method was used to evaluate the electricity consumption reliability. The simulation results verified the effectiveness of the proposed reliability index and evaluation method.
