摘要
针对斜沟矿18203综采工作面倾角大、煤层厚等特点,利用实际勘测与数学计算相结合的方法对该工作面的5机配套设备与支护设备进行选型研究。研究表明:该工作面选用MG1000/2660-WD型双滚筒采煤机,SGZ1250/2×1200型可弯曲刮板板输送机ZY12000/28/64D型支撑掩护式液压支架时可以满足工作面的采用要求,而且可以大大提高该工作面的生产效率。
According to the characteristics of 18203 fully mechanized face in Xiegou mine, such as large dip angle and thick coal seam,the selection of five machine supporting equipment and supporting equipment in the face by combining practical survey with mathematical calculation were studied. The research shows that MG1000/2660-WD double drum shearer and SGZ1250/2 × 1200 bendable scraper conveyor ZY12000/28/64D support shield hydraulic support can meet the requirements of the working face and greatly improve the production efficiency of the working face.
