摘要
支撑架是观景塔设备中座舱的直接承载结构,其结构安全性直接关系着乘客的生命安全,在乘客上下客过程中会出现比较恶劣的偏载情况。为校核座舱支撑架的结构安全,对支撑架主要承载的支臂进行了解析分析,同时也对整个座舱和支撑架整个结构进行了有限元分析,最终计算得到座舱支撑架在极限偏载工况的变形很小,强度安全系数为9.0,远大于GB8408-2018要求的3.5,疲劳满足无限寿命要求。结果表明,即使在乘客最恶劣的偏载情况下,座舱支撑架仍然有足够的强度安全裕量和无限寿命的疲劳特性。
Gondola support frame of scenery tower is the direct load bearing part, the structural safety directly corresponds to passenger life security.The most adverse eccentric load would occur during the loading and unloading period. In order to verify the structure safety of the support frame of gondola, an analytic method was used to verify the strength of support arm and finite element method was used to verify the strength of support frame together with gondola. A small displacement of the structure and a strength safety factor of 9.0 was got,which was much higher than the required factor3.5. The fatigue meets requirement of infinite life. The result shows that even in most serve eccentric loading condition, support frame of gondola still has enough strength margins as well as infinite fatigue life security.
