摘要 随着液态CO2压裂技术的进步,液态CO2压裂技术逐渐向着输送高泵压大排量、高砂比大砂径和高酸度大黏度的新型压裂液方向发展。为了满足新型压裂液的各项要求,使得液态CO2地面混砂装置可以系列化生产,利用Fluent软件对液态CO2地面混砂装置的进行了数值模拟,对该装置的重要参数进行了优选与评价,结果表明该装置可以完成混砂任务,为液态CO2地面混砂技术提供了一种新的思路。 With the advancement of liquid CO2 fracturing technology, liquid CO2 fracturing technology is gradually developing toward the new fracturing fluid with high pumping pressure, large sand ratio and high acidity and large viscosity. In order to meet the requirements of the new fracturing fluid,the liquid CO2 ground sand mixing device can be serially produced. The Fluent software was used to simulate the liquid CO2 ground sand mixing device,and the important parameters of the device were carried out. Optimization and evaluation show that the surface of the device can complete the sand mixing task,providing a new idea for liquid CO2 ground mixing technology.
