基于S形曲线加减速控制在大型胶带机上的研究与应用

摘要 针对长距离大功率的胶带机,在其加减速阶段受到巨大冲击问题进行分析研究。为提高胶带机运行的稳定性和调速的准确性,确保其运动过程平滑,减少对其冲击和振动,阐述了现有加减速控制的特点,分析了大型胶带机运行中受到冲击的根本原因,结合其使用过程,从理论和实践两方面探讨了在加减速条件下,实行电机转速S形曲线的方法和策略。实践应用结果表明:采用双端驱动构建的S形曲线控制,可以获得平滑的速度,保证设备稳定运行,满足生产需要。 In view of the long-distance and high-power belt conveyor, the problem of huge impact on the belt conveyor in the acceleration and deceleration stage was analyzed. In order to improve the stability of belt conveyor operation and the accuracy of speed regulation, ensure its smooth movement process, reduce its impact and vibration, the characteristics of the existing acceleration and deceleration control were expounded, the root causes of the impact in the operation of large belt conveyor were analyzed, combined with its use process, the method and practice of implementing the motor speed S-shaped curve under the acceleration and deceleration conditions were discussed from the theoretical and practical aspects strategy. The practical application results show that using the S-shaped curve control constructed by double end drive, can obtain smooth speed, ensure the stable operation of the equipment, and meet the production needs.
