液压支架立柱的维修及再造技术分析

为了提高立柱的维修质量,提高立柱维修后的使用寿命,降低维修成本。提出了关于缸体内壁、缸口、中缸及活柱的维修及再造技术。实践证明,立柱的维修及再造技术,极大地提高立柱修复质量,保证了液压支架的使用性能,降低了液压支架立柱的维护成本,有效延长了立柱修复后的使用寿命。

In order to improve the maintenance quality of column and improve the service life of column after maintenance,reduce the maintenance cost.The maintenance and reconstruction technology of cylinder block inner wall, cylinder mouth, middle cylinder and movable column were put forward.The practice proves that the maintenance and reconstruction technology of column can greatly improve the quality of column repair, ensure the performance of hydraulic support, reduce the maintenance cost of hydraulic support column, and prolong the service life of column repair.
