摘要
针对煤矿主井通风机噪声大形成噪声污染威胁工作人员身体健康的问题,采用高效可靠的ANSYS数值模拟软件,分析了常用的小孔消声器和抗性消声器对风机的消音效果和空气动力性能的影响,并对阻力小、降噪效果好的抗性消声器进行了改进。经性能测试表明,改进后的抗性消声器可以将风机噪声值从116 d B (A)降低至83 d B (A),且不会对风机振动造成不良影响。
In view of the problem that the noise pollution of the ventilator in the main shaft of the coal mine threatens the health of the workers, the influence of the common small hole muffler and the resistance muffler on the noise reduction effect and the aerodynamic performance of the ventilator were analyzed by using the highly effective and reliable ANSYS numerical simulation software, and the resistance muffler with small resistance and good noise reduction effect was improved.The performance test shows that the improved muffler can reduce the noise value of the fan from 116 dB(A) to 83 dB(A), and will not cause adverse effects on the fan vibration.
