摘要
文章介绍了船用制氮仪供气系统的工作原理与系统工作流程,重点介绍了制氮仪空气预处理分系统、氮气膜分离分系统和自动控制系统。针对某船制氮仪在运行过程中出现自动报警停机故障,进行原因分析,最终发现是制氮仪冷冻装置故障,导致进膜组前的空气温度过高,从而造成停机。最后进行了故障定位并排除了故障。
This paper introduces the working principle and system flow of marine nitrogen generator,with emphasis on the air pretreatment subsystem,nitrogen membrane separation subsystem and automatic control system of nitrogen making instrument. In view of the automatic alarm shutdown fault of a ship nitrogen making instrument in the course of operation,the cause analysis is carried out,and it is finally found that the failure of the freezing device of the nitrogen making instrument leads to the high air temperature before the film group,which leads to the fault shutdown. Finally,the fault location is carried out and the fault is eliminated.
