某船航行过程中,遥控工况下主机偶发性出现转速波动,转速测量板上的转速值与机旁仪表上的转速值偏差较大,影响船舶航行安全。文章通过梳理遥控系统转速控制指令的信号走向,对主机闭环调速系统进行分析检查、排除故障,形成了典型故障的诊断方法,为后续同类系统的检修和故障排除提供参考。

In the course of a ship navigation,the speed fluctuation of the marine diesel engine occasionally occurs under the remote control condition,and the deviation between the speed value on the rotating speed measuring board and the speed value on the side instrument is large,which affects the navigation safety of the ship. By combing the signal trend of the speed control instruction of the remote control system,this paper analyzes and checks the closed-loop speed regulation system of the main engine,eliminates the faults and forms the typical fault diagnosis method,which provides a reference for the subsequent maintenance and troubleshooting of the same kind of system.
