摘要
急救能力和急救技术是医学生培养的重要内容之一,构建综合急救课程,开展有效的、有针对性的系统培训,是提高医学生急救能力的关键。结合SWOT理论,系统分析了构建急救综合课程体系的趋势和现状:政策环境、硬件条件及学习兴趣等方面具有优势;教学资源不充足、不规范的演示、传统的授课模式以及单一的评价体系等问题亟待解决;迫切的需求及可借鉴的国际化课程为之提供了机遇;优化师资结构、统一教学带来了挑战。基于此,制定了系统完善的课程体系,通过“层级教学、标准授课、仿真模拟、以赛促学”的课程理念,辅以讨论启发、阶段性反馈、团队合作学习等教学方法,完善考核评价机制,实现医学生急救综合能力的提高,提升医学教学质量。
The first-aid capabilities and techniques training is an important content for medical students,the construction of a comprehensive first aid course,carry out effective and targeted first-aid training,is the key to improve the ability of medical care.Based on the SWOT theory,the paper analyzes the trend and current situation of constructing the comprehensive first aid curriculum system:advantages such as policy environment,hardware condition and learning interest;problem such as inadequate teaching resources,nonstandard demonstration,traditional teaching mode and a single evaluation system;the urgent need and the available international curriculum provide the opportunity;optimizing the teaching structure and unify teaching brings challenges.Based on this,we make a thorough curriculum system,through the“hierarchy,standard teaching,simulation teaching,and competition”course concept,supplemented by discussing inspired,periodic feedback,group cooperative learning teaching method,improving the evaluation mechanism,improve the comprehensive first-aid ability of medical students,promote teaching quality.
