五年制临床医学专业学生情绪智力与职业认同感的关系研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的调查五年制临床医学专业学生情绪智力与职业认同感现状,并探究情绪智力与职业认同感的关系。方法使用一般资料调问卷、情绪智力量表及职业认同感量表对某医学院校381名五年制临床医学专业学生进行调查。结果五年制临床医学专业学生情绪智力总均分为(3.69±0.59)分,职业认同感总均分为(3.32±0.51)分。情绪智力总分及各维度得分与其职业认同感总分及各维度得分均呈显著正相关(r=0.469~0.578,均P<0.01)。分层回归分析显示自我情绪管理(β=0.492,P<0.01)、自我情绪运用(β=0.413,P<0.01)可独立解释职业认同感36.7%的变异量。结论五年制临床医学专业学生情绪智力与职业认同感均处于中等水平,情绪智力对其职业认同感存在正向影响,医学教育者可通过加强对临床医学专业学生情绪智力的培养来提高其职业认同感。 Objective To investigate the current status of emotional intelligence and professional self-identity of the five-year medical students,and to analyze the relationship between them.Methods A total of 381 medical students was investigated with general information questionnaire,emotional intelligence scale and professional self-identity scale.Results The average total score of emotional intelligence and professional self-identity was(3.69±0.59),and(3.32±0.51)respectively.Emotional intelligence and four dimensions were positively correlated with professional self-identity and six dimensions(r=0.469~0.578,P<0.01 for all).Hierarchical Multiple regression analysis showed that,self-emotion management(β=0.492,P<0.01)and self-emotion utilization(β=0.413,P<0.01)had a positive predictive effect on professional self-identity,and explained its 36.7%of the variance.Conclusion The five-year medical students’emotional intelligence and professional self-identity were in the middle level and positively correlated.Medical educators could improve medical students’professional self-identity by strengthening the training of emotional intelligence.
