摘要
目的研制以岗位胜任力为导向的口腔医患沟通评价量表。方法本研究借鉴SUGUE量表、LCSAS量表,结合岗位胜任力要素,组建专家小组,筛选量表条目,通过问卷调查检验量表的效度和信度。结果经过四次因子分析,提取诊前准备及启动、建立信任关系、信息收集、深入沟通、信息给予和沟通技巧6个主成分26个条目,累计贡献率为64.858%,所有条目因子载荷均>0.4。6个主成分的Cronbach’sα系数范围为0.771~0.859,总体Cronbach’sα系数为0.930,各成分之间以及各成分与总体呈正相关。结论结果显示该量表具有良好的效度和信度,可应用于口腔医学专业人才培养、规范化培训、医师考核、医患沟通教学等方面。
Objective To develop Doctor-patient communication evaluation scale of stomatology with guidance of post competency.Methods This study draws lessons from the SUGUE scale and LCSAS scale,combines the competency elements of the post,sets up an expert group,screens the scale items and tests the validity and reliability of the scale by questionnaires.Results After four times factors analysis,six principal components and 26 items are extracted,and the 6 principal components include pre-diagnosis preparation and initiation,building trust relationship,information collection,in-depth communication,information giving and communication skills.The cumulative contribution rate is 64.858%,and all items factor loads are over 0.4.The Cronbach’sαcoefficient of the six dimensions ranges from 0.771 to 0.859,and the total Cronbach’sαcoefficient is 0.930.There is a positive correlation between each dimension as well as the item-total correlation has the positive correlation.Conclusion The results of empirical analysis show that the scale has good validity and reliability which can be applied to the professional personnel training of stomatology,standardized training,physician assessment,and doctor-patient communication teaching.
