温江区“家庭医生制度”实施现状与对策分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的以家庭医生为主体了解温江区家庭医生团队的建设情况,家庭医生的工作自我评价和所持态度,提供的社区卫生服务,家庭医生个人感知,所获社区或政府机构支持,从而了解温江区家庭医生制度实施现状,分析该区家庭医生工作中存在的问题,为家庭医生服务模式的进一步优化提供参考。方法采用文献研究法、问卷调查法、访谈法。结果调查显示温江区有65个家庭医生团队,23.81%的家庭医生团队签约居民数量为3000人以上,69.84%的家庭医生表示目前承担的工作量有点大,87.3%的家庭医生表示报酬偏低,19.05%的家庭医生对工作表示满意,存在着家庭医生数量匮乏和工作量大,社区居民认可度不高,激励和补偿机制不完善,缺乏成熟的考核机制,家庭医生满意度低等问题;Logistic线性回归分析结果显示,社会地位、信息平台、政策倾斜是影响家庭医生总体满意度的主要因素。建议加快全科医生队伍建设,合理划分团队工作量;提升社区卫生服务水平、提高居民认可度;提高家庭医生待遇;制定一套规范的考核指标体系;提高家庭医生满意度。 Objective Take the family doctor as the main body to know the construction of the family doctor team in Wenjiang District,the self-evaluation and attitude of the family doctors,the community health services provided by the family doctors,the personal perception of the family doctors,and the support of the community or government agencies to know the family doctors in Wenjiang District.The status quo of the implementation of the system,analysis of the problems existing in the work of family doctors in the area,to provide reference for the further optimization of the family doctor service model.Methods Literature research method,questionnaire survey method and interview method were adopted.Results The survey showed that there are 65 family doctor teams in Wenjiang District,23.81%of the family doctors team signed the number of residents more than 3000,69.84%of family doctors said that the current workload is a bit large,87.3%of family doctors said that the compensation is low,19.05%of family doctors are satisfied with the work,there is a shortage of family doctors and a large workload,community residents are not recognized,incentive and compensation mechanisms are imperfect,lack of mature assessment mechanism,low family doctor satisfaction,etc.;Logistic linear The results of regression analysis show that social status,information platform,and policy inclination are the main factors affecting the overall satisfaction of family doctors.Suggestions Accelerate the construction of general practitioners,rationally divide the workload of the team,improve the level of community health services,improve the recognition of residents,improve the treatment of family doctors,and develop a standardized evaluation index system to improve the satisfaction of family doctors.
