摘要
目的探讨精神科专科医师规范化培训内容及课程建设,进一步提升精神科专科规培的质量内涵。方法采用定性研究的方法,对带教教师、教学管理相关专家,及专科医师进行深度访谈,了解精神科专科医师规范化培训的内容和特点。并通过问卷调查方式了解专科医师和带教教师对精神科专科医师规范化培训内容的想法和态度。结果基本的临床知识和技能培训(包括查房、疑难病例讨论、科内业务学习和小讲课)依然是重点。除此之外,专科医师独立诊断能力的培养和亚专科特殊临床技能的学习也不容忽视。结论继续保质保量地做好基本的精神科临床知识、技能的培养,并着眼于提高专科医师独立诊疗的能力和培养其亚专科特殊的临床技能。
Objective To explore the contents and curriculum construction of standardized psychiatry fellowship training,in order to improve the quality connotation of the training.Methods Qualitative research was used to conduct in-depth interviews with the mentors,teaching management experts and fellows to understand the contents and characteristics of the standardized training.Questionnaire survey was used to study the thoughts and attitudes of the fellows and mentors towards the training.Results The training on the basic clinical knowledge and skills including ward round,discussion of difficult cases,and business studies and lectures in the wards are still the emphasis of the training.Besides,independent diagnostic and therapeutic ability of fellows and the learning of special clinical skills of subspecialist also shouldn’t be ignored.Conclusion The cultivation of basic clinical knowledge and skills of psychiatry in the training should be completed continuously with quality and quantity;the independent diagnosis and treatment ability of fellows should be improved;the fellows’special clinical knowledge and skills should be fostered.
