摘要 以咪唑啉为胺源,采用苯甲醛、环己酮缩合制备了一种新型咪唑啉型曼尼希碱,同时采用氯化苄等对其进行季铵化改性以改善其水溶性;最后采用静态评价实验研究了咪唑啉型曼尼希碱分别与丙炔醇、乌洛托品、硫脲、碘化钾之间的协同关系并确定彼此之间的最佳复配比例。 A new type of imidazoline based mannich was prepared by condensation of benzaldehyde and cyclohexanone with imidazoline as the amine source.At the same time,it was modified by quatemization with benzyl chloride to improve its water solubility.Finally,the synergetic relationship between imidazoline based mannich and propargyl alcohol,urotropine,thiourea and potassium iodide was studied by static evaluation experiment,by which the optimial mass ratio thereof was determined.
