BYDV侵染对燕麦抗氧化防御酶、苯丙氨酸解氨酶及多酚类氧化酶的影响 被引量:6

摘要 为探究燕麦在蚜虫和大麦黄矮病毒(Barley Yellow Dwarf Virus,BYDV)危害后的生理响应,本试验初步测定了接种蚜虫和大麦黄矮病毒后不同时间(0 d,7 d,14 d,21 d,28 d,35 d)叶片内抗氧化防御酶和苯丙氨酸解氨酶及多酚类氧化酶的活性变化。结果表明随着危害时间的增加,丙二醛含量呈明显上升趋势,蚜虫+BYDV处理在接种后35 d丙二醛含量达到对照的1.4倍;过氧化物酶活性呈上升趋势,在接种后35 d较对照高14.36%,而超氧化物歧化酶和过氧化氢酶活性总体先上升后下降,分别在接种后21d和14 d达到最大值,为对照的8.78和1.73倍;苯丙氨酸解氨酶和多酚类氧化酶活性均呈上升趋势,在接种后35 d分别较对照高36.33%和203%。和蚜虫处理相比,蚜虫+BYDV处理造成的损伤更大,丙二醛、抗氧化防御酶及苯丙氨酸解氨酶和多酚类氧化酶活性变化更剧烈。本研究结果为探讨BYDV与燕麦的互作机理提供了一定的参考依据。 In order to investigate the physiological response of oat to aphids and barley yellow dwarf virus,this experiment preliminarily determined the change in antioxidant enzymes and phenylalanine ammonia lyase,polyphenol oxidase activity of leaves at different times(0 d,7 d,14 d,21 d,28 d,35 d)after inoculation of aphids and barley yellow dwarf virus.The changing patterns that occur as the hazard time increases were investigated.The results showed that with the increase of damage time,the content of MDA increased,the aphid+BYDV treatment reached 1.4 times of the control(no aphids)35 days after inoculation;The activities of POD showed an upward trend,which was 14.36%higher than the control at 35 days after inoculation.The activities of SOD and CAT increased first and then decreased,reaching the maximum on the 21st and 14th days respectively,which were 8.78 and 1.73 times of the control,respectively;The activities of PPO and PAL all showed an upward trend,which were 36.33%and 203%higher than the control at 35 days after inoculation.Compared with the aphid treatment,the damage caused by the aphid+BYDV treatment is greater,and the MDA and antioxidant enzymes and phenylalanine ammonia lyase,polyphenol oxidase activity changed more severely.The results provide a theoretical reference for exploring the interaction mechanism between BYDV and oat.
