黑麦新品系C32在西藏牧区的生产性能和营养价值研究 被引量:11

摘要 为确定黑麦(Secale cereale L.)新品系C32在西藏牧区的生产性能及适宜种植区域,本试验以黑麦品种‘冬牧70’为对照,研究了C32在西藏拉萨市、日喀则市南木林县以及那曲市尼玛县的枝条数、株高、干草产量和营养价值。结果表明:C32的平均枝条数和干草产量均显著高于‘冬牧70’(P<0.05),平均株高无显著差异;三个试验点间平均枝条数差异不显著,平均株高和干草产量均表现为南木林>拉萨>尼玛;从种质×试验点的交互作用来看,南木林试验点C32的株高、枝条数以及干草产量均显著优于其它处理;C32的粗蛋白(Crude protein,CP)含量(9.42%)与‘冬牧70’(10.18%)无显著差异,中性洗涤纤维(Neutral detergent fiber,NDF)含量(63.87%)和酸性洗涤纤维(Acid detergent fiber,ADF)含量(33.74%)均显著低于‘冬牧70’(67.30%,35.61%),可见,与‘冬牧70’相比,黑麦新品系C32更适于家畜利用。综上,黑麦品系C32的营养价值较高,且在南木林试验点的生产性能高,适宜于该地区推广种植。 In order to determine the optimal planting area and production performance of new rye(Secale cereale L.)line C32,the number of branches,plant height,hay yield and nutritional value of line C32 were studied in pastoral areas of Tibet(Lhasa City;Namilin County,Shigatse City;Nima County,Nagqu City),with‘Dongmu 70’as control.The results indicated that the average number of branches and hay yield of C32 were higher than‘Dongmu 70’significantly(P<0.05),and no significant difference was found in average plant height.There was no significant difference in the average number of branches among 3 experimental sites;Both of the average plant height and hay yield were shown as Nanmulin>Lhasa>Nima.In terms of the interaction of germplasm and experimental sites,the plant height,number of branches and hay yield of C32 in Nanmulin were significantly higher than the other treatments.There was no significant difference in crude protein(CP)content between C32(9.42%)and‘Dongmu 70’(10.18%),while the neutral detergent fiber(NDF)content(63.87%)and acid detergent fiber(ADF)content(33.74%)of C32 were both significantly lower than‘Dongmu 70’(67.30%,35.61%).It can be seen that C32 could be used by livestock more easily compared to‘Dongmu 70’.In summary,rye line C32 had higher nutritional value and higher production performance in the Nanmulin site of the pastoral areas of Tibet,in which planting C32 was more suitable.
