熔融沉积成型工艺的单电机双喷头设计研究

摘要 介绍了FDM工艺3D打印的工作原理。双喷头是FDM工艺3D打印装备核心的部件,提出了双喷头的设计准则,在设计准则的指导下,设计了无需借助任何外力的单电机送丝机构、利用丝料推力的内嵌式切换机构和半循环风冷系统,整个双喷头仅用一个驱动电机即可完成两个喷头交替送丝、切换等功能,实现两个打印头之间的自动切换打印,并且结构简单紧凑、动作精准。在实际生产中的应用证明了双喷头设计准则和设计方案是可行的,为FDM工艺的双喷头设计提供了依据,具有较高的工程价值。 It describes the operating principle of 3D printer of FDM technology.Double nozzles are the core technology of 3D printing equipment of FDM technology.On the basis of this criteria it designs the single motor wire feeder without any external force,embedded switching mechanism utilizing silk thrust and half-cycle wind-cooling system.The whole double nozzles can finish the function with one drive motor including feeding,the switching wire by two spray heads,can realize automatic switching printing between two printing heads.The structure is simple and compact with precise movement.The practical application proves the designing criteria and designing scheme of double nozzles are feasible.This provides reference for the design of the double nozzles of FDM technology,has high project application worth.
