摘要
飞机焊接导管由1个主管件、多个支管件以及安装在管件末端的附件组成,结构复杂,检测难度大。首先对焊接导管结构进行分析,提炼出管件和附件的检测要素;然后采用带有激光叉形测头和接触测头的组合式关节臂坐标测量机对焊接导管进行测量,获得各管件和附件的测量数据;最后从检测要素中定义基准要素,采用3-2-1匹配方法进行配准,从而获得各检测要素的误差情况。
An aircraft welded tube product is comprised of one main tube,several branch-tubes and some subsidiary parts which mounted at the ends of the tubes.The aircraft welded tube has complex structures and the complexity leads to difficulties for quality inspection.This paper analyzes the geometry structure of welded tube and concludes the essential elements in the structure for quality inspection.It uses an AACMM(Articulated Arm Coordinate Measuring Machine)with laser fork sensor and tactile measuring sensor,one of the efficient digital measurement equipment to collect the data of the essential elements.The datum are defined and the 3-2-1 localization method are utilized for matching the measurement data with the design model.Finally,the deviations for all the essential elements are obtained.
