一种室内智能加湿系统的设计

摘要 传统加湿器需要手动操作并且频繁清洗水箱,针对其以上缺点,设计的智能加湿系统在实现基本功能前提下,用户可以根据自身需要设定湿度阈值,实现室内加湿智能化、自动化。水箱内安装紫外线消毒灯,有效抑制有害微生物随水雾逸散到空气中,降低水箱清洗频率。该室内智能加湿系统包括硬件设计和软件设计。硬件电路以ST89C52单片机为核心,包括温湿度检测、液位检测、LCD显示、报警装置与继电器控制等模块。软件编程主要包含主程序和按键中断程序。系统测试表明其具有较高的稳定性和安全性,有效提升用户生活环境舒适度,具有广阔的市场应用前景。 Traditional humidifier needs manual operation and frequent cleaning of water tank. In view of the above shortcomings, an intelligent humidification system designed in this paper can set the humidity threshold according to the user’s requirement. Under the premise of basic functions the system realizes the intelligence and automation of indoor humidification. Ultraviolet lamp is installed in the water tank to prevent harmful microorganisms effectively from escaping into the air with water mist, and reduce the frequency of cleaning the water tank. The indoor intelligent humidification system includes hardware design and software design. The hardware circuit is based on ST89 C52 microcontroller, including temperature and humidity detection, liquid level detection, LCD display, alarm device and electric relay control module. Software programming mainly includes main program and key interrupt program. The system test shows that it has high stability and security, and improves the comfort of users’ living environment effectively, but also has broad market application prospects.
