A Study on Quality Improvement of Basic Party Organizations’Party-Masses Relationship by Young Teachers as CPC Members in Colleges and Universities

青年教师党员在密切高校基层党群关系中发挥着最直观的形象代言人以及党的方针政策最直接的执行人的作用。当前密切基层党群关系存在着互动分离、示范不足、利益多样等现实挑战,需要通过增强党性意识、强化自主学习等途径明确组织功能、助力个人修为、凝聚党群关系。

Young teachers,as CPC members in colleges and universities,function as the most direct image representatives and policy executives in work of the party-masses relationship.Separated interaction,deficient demonstration,diversiform interests are the main realistic challenges in the present day party-masses relationship,which call for enhancement of the party spirit consciousness and strengthening of the self-regulated learning to clarify organizational functions,improve personal training,and condense the party-masses relationship.
