摘要 苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)掺量是决定SBS改性沥青路用性能的重要因素之一。为了抵制市场上SBS改性沥青中改性剂掺假现象,通过国内外文献研究,对目前市场上常用的SBS改性剂含量的检测方法进行了整理总结,其中主要包括物理方法和化学方法,即红外光谱法、荧光显微法、凝胶渗透色谱法、热重分析法、提取分离法、双键滴定法以及电位滴定法。系统梳理了各种方法的基本原理以及实验过程中存在的问题,总结出化学检测方法比传统的物理方法精确度高。由于SBS含量易受到其他因素的干扰,采用单一的检测方法并不能完全地反映出改性剂的含量,因此结合各方法的优点,提出了一种新型的交叉检测方法理念:红外光谱法作为基础的定性判断,采用化学方法进行改性剂含量测定,最终通过其他物理手段排除一切干扰因素。 The content of styrene-butadiene-styrene(SBS)is one of the important factors that determines the pavement performance of SBS modified asphalt.In order to resist the adulteration of modifiers in SBS modified asphalt on the market,through the research of literatures at home and abroad,the commonly used SBS content detected methods are described and summarized,including physical methods and chemical methods:infrared spectroscopy,fluorescence microscopy,gel permeation chromatography,thermogravimetric analysis,extraction separation,double bond titration,and potentiometric titration method.This paper systematically combs the basic principles of various methods and the problems in the experimental process,concludes that the chemical detection method is more accurate than the traditional physical methods.As SBS content is prone to influence by several factors,the content of modifier cannot be fully reflected by using a single detection method.A new cross-detection method is proposed based on the advantages of each method.Infrared spectroscopy is the most basic qualitative judgment.The chemical method is used to determine the modifier content,and finally all other interference factors are eliminated by other physical means.
