摘要
利用盾构技术对隧道工程进行掘进施工时,盾构的顶推力和刀盘力矩的大小是控制隧道掘进的两个重要参数,将直接影响掘进过程的难易程度和时间进度。基于土压平衡盾构的原理,运用数学方法和力学平衡法,从理论上分析研究盾构刀盘力矩和顶推力的影响因素,并进行理论推导和计算,根据依托工程的实测值,对比分析顶推力和刀盘扭矩理论计算值与实测值的差异,验证了理论推导和计算结果的正确性,为盾构技术的进一步发展提供理论参考。
When using shield tunneling technology to carry out tunneling construction,the jacking force and cutter plate torque of shield tunneling are two important parameters to control tunneling,which will directly affect the difficulty and time schedule of tunneling process.Based on the principle of earth pressure balance shield,using mathematical method and mechanical equilibrium method,the theoretical analysis and research of shield cutterhead torque and the influence factors of jacking force,and through theoretical derivation and calculation,based on the project of the measured values,the contrast analysis of jacking force and the theory of cutterhead torque calculated values and measured values,verify the correctness of the theoretical derivation and calculation result,provide theoretical reference for the further development of shield technology.
