高校“课程思政”与思政课程协同育人的难点与对策 被引量:12

摘要 高校“课程思政”与思政课程有机统一于立德树人的根本任务、社会主义办学方向、全员全程全方位育人的基本要求。目前高校“课程思政”与思政课程的协同育人主要面临着定位不明、运行机制不健全、制度保障缺位以及教师素养有待提升等难点。推动“课程思政”与思政课程协同育人,需要进一步加强顶层设计和整体规划,在明确“课程思政”与思政课程功能定位的基础上,健全运行机制、加强制度创新和提升教师素养。 “Ideological and political theories teaching in all courses”(IPTTAC for short)and ideological and political theory courses(IPTC for short)are both to serve the fundamental goal of strengthening moral education and cultivating talents,the socialism orientation of running schools,and basic requirement of cultivating talents in an all-round manner by all faculty all the way.Currently,the collaborative education between IPTTAC and IPTC in colleges and universities is facing the difficulties such as ambiguous self-orientation,unsound operating mechanisms,absent institutional guarantee and insufficient faculty literacy of ideological and political theories teaching.To advance efficient collaborative education,it is necessary to strengthen the top-level design and comprehensive planning,and improve the operating mechanisms,boost institutional innovation and enhance faculty literacy on the basis of clarifying the functional position of IPTTAC and IPTC.
