党性培养教育对端正大学生入党动机的影响——以黎明职业大学为例

The Effects of Party Spirit Cultivation on College Students’ Motivation to Join the Communist Party of China: A Case Study of Liming Vocational University

对黎明职业大学8个学院128名提交入党申请书的学生和学生党员进行问卷调查,并采用二元logistic模型,实证检验党性培养教育对端正大学生入党动机的影响。研究表明:党性培养教育对于端正大学生入党动机具有显著的效应(系数在1%的水平上显著),党性培养教育的次数越多,越有助于端正大学生入党动机;周边同学入党动机对端正大学生入党动机具有显著的效应(系数在1%的水平上显著),周边同学的入党动机越端正,越有助于大学生形成正确的入党动机。

Questionnaire data of 128 students who applied for Party membership in eight schools of Liming Vocational University were processed with a binominal logistic model to empirically investigate the effects of Party spirit cultivation on college students’motivation to join the Communist Party of China.The findings were as follows:firstly,Party spirit cultivation had a significant effect on inspiring college students’positive motivation to join CPC.An increase of Party spirit cultivation sessions led to students’growing positive motivation to join CPC;secondly,the motivation of peers had a significant effect on rectifying the motivation of college students to join CPC.The more positive the motivation of the peers to join CPC was,the more helpful it was for college students to forge the positive motivation to join CPC.
