诊断与改进视域下高职院校多元教学评价——以黎明职业大学为例 被引量:2

Multiple Teaching Evaluation in Higher Vocational Colleges From the Perspective of Diagnosis and Improvement: Taking Liming Vocational University as an Example

摘要 通过对教学过程中所涉及的参与主体、采用方法、支撑环境进行评价,认为目前的教学评价存在指标设定缺乏科学性、评价方式单一、评价主体不够多元化、评价结果重评级轻诊断等问题。提出完善评价标准、健全评价方式、采用多元评价主体、用好评价结果等的改进方法,并对教学评价落实提供相关条件保障。 Based on the evaluation of the participants,methods and supporting environment involved in the teaching process,this paper points out that there are some problems in the current teaching evaluation,such as the lack of scientific indicator setting,the single evaluation method,the lack of diversified evaluation subjects,and the emphasis on rating rather than diagnosis in the evaluation results.It puts forward some improvement methods,such as perfecting evaluation criteria,improving evaluation methods,adopting multiple evaluation subjects,making better use of evaluation results,and providing relevant conditions for the implementation of teaching evaluation.
