摘要
高校学生资助工作朝着专业化、数据化和精细化方向发展同时,也面临诸多挑战,究其原因在于定位不清、管理僵化、内涵不足。为此,高校的贫困生资助须回到应然的本源“既资助更要育人”层面上,将传统的资助模式“认定+资助”升级为“定+管+提”设计模式,利用大数据和相关平台等技术,通过精准认定、动态管理、提升内涵等三位一体框架下的资助模式,促进高校学生资助工作的良性开展。
At present,the application of technology and platform such as big data,Internet+,cloud service in the educational aid work has brought revolutionary changes.It also has promoted the development of financial aid work towards the direction of specialization and refinement.However,funding also faces many challenges in practice.The reason lies in the unclear positioning,rigid management,insufficient connotation.Therefore,it is necessary for financial aid to return to the level of educating people.The traditional funding model“identification+financial aid”should be upgraded to the“identification+management+promotion”.Accurate identification,dynamic management and connotation promotion based on the trinity framework will further the prospective development of the financial aid work.
