摘要
翻译人才的培养应以翻译行业的市场需求为导向。根据这一理念,研究采用问卷调查的方法,对合肥市10家翻译公司的基本现状和对翻译人才的需求进行了调研,包括公司规模、业务范围、涉及领域、承接语种、对译员的能力要求、以及未来3年内所需招聘的译员人数等方面。在对调研结果进行统计分析的基础上,提出建立以翻译市场为导向的翻译人才培养模式,即:1)根据翻译市场对翻译人才的要求培养其专业能力,包括基本语言能力和翻译技能等;2)根据翻译市场对翻译人才的要求培养其职业能力,包括翻译项目管理和计算机辅助翻译(CAT)软件的使用能力等。
Translation talents training should be based on the market demands of this profession.According to this conception,a questionnaire survey is conducted in ten translation enterprises in Hefei on the company scale,business scope,major fields,received language,required competence of translators,and demands of translation employees in the next three years.Based on the data collected from the questionnaires,a market-oriented translation training is proposed,for which these suggestions are provided:1)translation talents’abilities related with language skills and translating competence should be developed;2)translation talents’profession-related abilities,including project management and the use of translating tools,should be cultivated.
