摘要 “意念冥想”法是一种特殊的中式心理咨询技术,也是一种独特的情绪处理方法。通过训练,减轻个体压力、淡化负性情绪记忆,达到外界刺激对自身影响的估量与评价更加客观,从而调节植物神经系统,达到平衡,促进生理减压,使身、心恢复平衡,适应社会生活。 As a unique emotional processing method,the“will-control&meditation”is in Chinese psychological counseling.Through training,it can reduce one’s stress and dilute their negative emotional memory so as to achieve a more objective evaluation and the measurement of his or her own influence with the impact of external stimuli.With emotional transformation,it can regulate the balance of autonomic nervous system,reduce negative emotional memory,relieve physical and mental stress,so that one can regain his or her physical and mental balance to adapt to the social life.
