摘要
以2-甲基-3-乙酰基-5-氰基-6-乙硫基-4-吡啶胺为原料,设计合成了9种新型的2-芳胺基-7-乙硫基吡啶并[4,3-d][1,3]噁嗪衍生物,其结构经FT-IR、^1H NMR、HRMS和X-射线单晶衍射等方法进行了表征.对所有目标化合物进行了单、双子叶植物的除草活性测试,结果表明:在质量浓度为100 mg•L^-1下目标化合物对单子叶植物稗草的根和茎的生长具有很好的抑制作用,抑制率均达到了100%.
Nine novel 2-arylmino-7-ethylthio-pyrido[4,3-d][1,3]oxazine derivatives have been designed and synthesized using 2-methyl-3-acetyl-5-cyan-6-ethylthio-4-amino-pyridine as starting material.Their structures are clearly confirmed by FT-IR,^1H NMR,HRMS and X-ray single crystal diffraction.All synthesized compounds are screened for herbicidal activities against monocotyledonous plant and dicotyledonous plant.The results indicate that the target compounds show 100%inhibition rate to the growth of roots and stems of barnyard grass(monocotyledonous plant)at the concentration of 100 mg•L^-1.
