Wen Yiduo made great achievements in various fields such as painting,poetry,and academic research.He also had a great interest in the field of theater and had various attempts throughout his life.Moreover,as Wen Yiduo was enthusiastic about the democratic movement in his later years,it was in the field of theater that he made his artistic and academic talents shine like the last flash.He actually attempted to reproduce the Chu-ci Poems Nine Songs on stage as a narrative play.Unfortunately,this play was planned just a month before the assassination of Wen Yiduo,so it is cancelled forever.
